At gokwh.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. In the rare event that you’re not completely satisfied, our Warranty & Returns Policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

Warranty

All GoKWh 12V and 24V series LiFePO4 batteries come with a 5-year manufacturer’s defect warranty from the date of battery purchase.
This warranty covers the following 12V and 24V Series LiFePO4 battery models:
*Note: All batteries are fully tested before being shipped.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: Batteries that have been poorly maintained, incorrectly charged, reversed polarity, improperly installed, stored and used in excessive heat, physical damage, fire, freezing, water damage, tampering, damage to terminals, failure to maintain proper battery charge or use in excess of rated charge/discharge cycles.)
  • Loss or damage due to force majeure or external causes, misuse, accident, negligence, unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase(Warranties apply only to the original owner and are not transferable. We will verify your purchase before processing any warranty claims or returns.)
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products

Order Cancellation

Flexibility in Cancellation: You can cancel your order at any point before the shipping process starts.

Refunds

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase, excluding Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.)Once the returned item arrives back in GoKWh’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

GoKWh 30-Day Return Policy

For returns of products purchased online at gokwh.com, customers need to contact GoKWh customer service within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

Unused, undamaged, unmodified, and must include all accessories

  • Items must include original packaging. Upon receiving your package, we kindly advise keeping the original packaging handy for any potential future needs.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, GoKWh refunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through GoKWh’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

How do I return an item?

  1. Please reach out to GoKWh customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
  2. GoKWh support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
  3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to GoKWh with the following information:
  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.
